We are pleased to announce that in the recently released 2022 Annual Journal Citation Report by Clarivate Analytics on June 28, 2023, The International Journal of Nanoelectronics and Materials (IJNeaM) was awarded with current impact factor of 0.5. IJNeaM is also ranked Q4 (407/420) for the first time in Materials Science, Multidisciplinary area.
Congratulations to Associate Professor Ir. Ts. Dr. Muhammad Mahyiddin Ramli, the director of the Institute of Nano Electronic Engineering (INEE), Universiti Malaysia Perlis, on receiving the Professional Engineer (Ir.) award from the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

The INEE researchers, led by Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Muhammad Mahyiddin Ramli and Dr. Norizah Abd Karim, have successfully received a Gold Medal at the 34th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition, Malaysia (ITEX 2023) held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC) from 11-13 May 2023. Congratulations!
Institute of Nano Electronic Engineering (INEE) have established a research collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Thaksin University (TSU) in Thailand. The visit of the Director of INEE on 2nd – 3rd March 2023, together with the researchers from Faculty of Chemical Engineering & Technology and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering & Technology have received a very warm welcome from the TSU top management and researchers, led by Associate Professor Dr. Samak Kaewsuksaeng, Vice President for Research and Innovation, Dr. Khwanchit Suwannoppharat, Assistant to the President for International Relations Affairs, and also Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and the Dean of Faculty of Sciences. The collaboration will be centered around the matching research grant, join publication and student mobility.
